タイ国内を移動する際の移動手段を紹介します。
国内移動に重宝する他、特殊な乗り物もたくさんあるので、
乗るだけで観光気分を存分に味わうことが出来ます。
また、国内の移動手段として使われているものなので、
観光地特有の異常な値段は必要なく、あくまで一般交通手段としての
現地価格で利用することができます。
順々に紹介していきましょう！
目次
こちらはどこの国に行ってもあるものですが、
タイ特有のこととしては、色がすごくカラフルで特徴的。
バンコクのカラフルなタクシー
ピンク、黄色、緑を存分に使ったタクシーは見ただけで異国感を感じることが出来るでしょう。
タイ、バンコク市内は非常に渋滞が激しいです。
タクシーだとすり抜けが出来ないため、
渋滞に一度捕まってしまうとちょっとの距離を移動するのにも30分などかかってしまうことも。。。
バンコク市内を移動するときは気をつけましょう。
また、
観光地でのタクシーは
一般料金で乗りたいと思っていても、
観光客料金を付けられることがあります。
それを避けるための手段としては大きく2つあります。
タクシーに乗る際にドアが開いたら、まず行き先を伝えます。
その上で、
「タクシーメーターOK?」「タクシーメータープリーズ」
と伝えてみることです。
OKと言われればそのまま乗ると、
メーターのスイッチを入れてくれます。
そうすれば走行距離に応じてメーターが上がっていくので、
必要以上に高い値段を取られることはありません。
もう一つがグラブタクシーで配車すること。
Grabタクシーからタクシーを予約して利用すれば、
アプリ内で決済が出来、行き先も指定できるので安心です。
（Grabとは東南アジア方面で一般的なUberのような配車アプリです。ソフトバンクが出資しており、相当な規模の会社です）
タイ（東南アジア方面）ではシンボル的な乗り物で、
こちらの記事の冒頭の写真の三輪車タクシーがトゥクトゥクです。
トゥクトゥク
屋根はあるものの、窓はついておらず、
走行中に風を大いに感じることが出来ます。
トゥクトゥクに乗って暖かくジメッとしたタイの空気を感じるのも、
タイ観光の醍醐味と言えるでしょう。
トゥクトゥクは外気をもろに受けます。
帽子など飛びやすいものは飛んでしまってそのまま見つからなくなってしまうことも。。。
落とし物には気をつけましょう。
また、バンコク市内は渋滞で交通量が多いため、
排気ガスもすごいです。
排気ガスが気になるのであれば、市内の中心地から離れたところで乗りましょう。
マスクをしておくのもおすすめです。
また、トゥクトゥクは観光色が強い乗り物となりますので、
普通のタクシーに乗っての移動よりも金額が高くなることがあります。
基本的な移動をするには最適と言えるものでは無いので、
観光用に何度か乗れば良いでしょう。
また、いわゆる観光地のような場所から乗ることは価格交渉が難航することが多いので、
おすすめしません。
割と一般価格で200バーツなど平気で言われます。
（タイ国内の移動手段としては高いでしょう）
比較的落ち着いた場所でトゥクトゥクを見つけたら、乗ってみるのもありでしょう。

BTSは通称スカイトレインで、バンコク市内での乗車で重宝します。
BTS（スカイトレイン）
バンコク市内の移動は車での移動だとかなり込み合うことがあります。
タクシーでは少しの移動距離でも必要異常に時間がかかってしまうこともしばしば。
BTSはスカイトレインなので、地上を走ることなく、スムーズに運行しています。
筆者は旅行中なんどもBTSを利用します。
値段も正規料金での購入しかできないので、
一駅二駅の移動程度であれば、20バーツ（70円）程度で乗ることが出来ます。
とても安いですね。
チケットは紙幣の使用可能な販売機が限られているので、
窓口でのチケット購入が必要なことがある。
外国人客が列を作っていることもあるので、そこが少し不便かも。
バイクタクシーは街の至るところにあります。
バイクタクシーの目印は運転手のオレンジのジャケットです。
交差点で溜まっているオレンジのジャケットを着た人はバイクタクシーです。
バイクなので、道が混んでいても車の間をスリスリすり抜けて一気に目的地に到着することが出来ます。
バイクタクシーにはメーターなどがなく、
目的地を伝えて、言い値での交渉となります。
ここは最初に提案された金額から思い切って値切ってみて相手の様子を見ながら交渉しましょう。
話しぶりにもよりますが、
良い着地点の金額に落ち着くことが多いでしょう。
基本的にバイクタクシーは供給過多で暇していることが多いです。
また、バイクタクシーは基本的に運転手と2人乗り、もしくは3人乗りです。
少し危険も感じることも。。。
これこそがまだ途上国であるタイの楽しみ方の醍醐味ではありますが、
くれぐれも注意を。
タイのバンコクでは、市内にチャオプラヤー川が通っています。
その川沿いにも色々な街が広がっており、地元の人たちは渡し船を交通手段として利用しています。
もちろんその渡し船に乗ることも可能です。
乗り方は船着き場に付いたら船の方向を確認しながら乗るだけです。
お金は前払いで2バーツ（7円くらい）で乗れます。
お金を払ったらチケットのようなものをもらえるので受け取りましょう。
船に乗ったあとは自分が降りたい場所で頭上脇にあるロープを引っ張れば降りられます。
基本的に自分がどこで降りるべきかはよくわからないかとおもうので、
google mapで自分の位置を確認しながら乗るのがおすすめです。
（タイ語もわからないし、地理勘もないですからね）
