タイは美しい国です。
自然に溢れ、離島の海は本当にきれいです。
はてさて、そんなタイ旅行
絶対必要な持ち物、必需品、あるともっと楽しめる持ち物を紹介します。
あと準備が足りなくて大変な思いをした！知らなくてトラブルを起こしてしまった！
ということが無いように、注意点もまとめておきます。

海外旅行に行く際に、スーツケースと手荷物とがあります。
海外旅行の手荷物として気をつけることの一つに
液体物を機内持ち込みサイズの制限があります。
一緒に旅行に行った友人はシャンプー、トリートメント、歯磨き粉などを
手荷物で持ち込みしようとして没収されていました。
サイズ制限を超えた液体手荷物は、空港内で没収されてしまいます。
液体物は必ず100ml（g）以内の容器に入れ替えて持参しましょう。
※スーツケースに液体物を入れて、預けるのであれば問題ないです。
ただし、スムーズに空港から出るためにも
スーツケースは機内持ち込みすることをおすすめします。
タイの年間平均気温は29℃、平均湿度は73%。
赤道直下に位置し、年間を通してとても日差しが強く、高温多湿な気候です。
11月〜5月が乾季で雨は降らずに日中はとても暑いです。
旅行としてはハイシーズンにあたります。
3月のプーケット
6月〜10月も暑いですが、雨季にあたり、日中1~2時間ほど雨が降ります。
日本の梅雨のような雨ではなく、
いわゆるスコールで、激しい雨が1~2時間ほど降ってすぐに止みます。

基本的には日本の夏のような気候なので、
半袖半ズボン等の格好があれば良いです。
室内は基本的に冷房が強いので、軽い羽織ものがあると安心です。
日差しよけとしても使えます。
まずは必須の持ち物を見ていきましょう。
必須の持ち物は持っていかないと旅行に支障が出てしまうレベルです。

タイでは電子タバコの持ち込みを禁止されています。
“持ち込み”自体が禁止です。
税関で見つかったり、街中で吸っているところを見つかると警察に捕まる恐れがありますので
絶対に持ち込まないでください。
警察に捕まると、
最高で10年の懲役、または最高50万バーツ（約180万円）の罰金のいずれかが科されるという厳しい法律があります。
ただ、発展途上国あるあるですが、
現地警察はワイロ文化があるので、ワイロ（罰金）交渉をすることで逃してくれます。
ただ、その罰金でも30,000バーツ程度（約100,000円程度）〜最大220,000バーツ（約800,000円程度）程度の金額を要求されたことが報じられています。
現金が持っていないと言っても
「キャッシングしろ！じゃなきゃ牢獄行きだ！」
みたいなことを言われ、現地警察も簡単には逃してくれません。
電子タバコはおとなしく日本に置いていきましょう。
