そもそもバンコクにはタイ古式マッサージの総本山と言われているワット・ポーという寺院があります。

そちらの寺院には、マッサージスクールがあり、伝統の業が代々受けづかれてきています。
ワット・ポー寺院内には、マッサージ施設が併設されているほどです。
ただし、ワット・ポー寺院に入るためには入館料の支払いが必要であること、
アクセスもそこまで良くないということがあります。
一度は観光として行ってみるのは良いと思いますが、
手軽にサクッと本格的なマッサージを味わいたいのであれば、こちらの店舗がおすすめです。
また、ワット・ポーマッサージは本格的なタイマッサージのお店なので、
店舗自体がすごくきれいなどではなく、実に質素で技術で勝負というような店舗構成となっています。
ガチマッサージ感が漂う、おじさん、おばさんが手際よく真剣にマッサージしてくれます。
タイのマッサージ屋さんでよくあるマッサージに集中せずにおしゃべりしまくるみたいなことはとても少ないです。

・フットマッサージ
・タイ古式マッサージ
を中心に部位別で肩のコースであったり、角質取りなどがあります。
1Hのコースを始めとした、色々なコースを組み合わせた2Hや3Hのコースがあります。
価格感は街なかにある雑多なマッサージ店舗よりは少し高いですが、
大体1Hあたり300バーツから500バーツの範囲内で、
おおよそ1,000円/H程度の金額感で楽しむことが出来ます。
バンコク内では少し割高に感じるかもしれないですが、
（日本と比較したら断然にお得すぎます）
絶対に値段に見合う価値があることを保証します。
月曜日〜木曜日：9:00~22:30
金曜日,土日,祝日：9:00~23:00
ヘルスランドはバンコク、パタヤに
多店舗チェーン店として展開する有名なマッサージセンターです。
外観から高級感があり、ロビーにラウンジといった体のお店で、
上述のワット・ポーマッサージとはまた趣向の違うお店になります。
ヘルスランドの施設はとてもきれいに整備されており、
施術用の服などもとても清潔感のあるきれいな服となっています。
お店の雰囲気を含めてリラックス出来ること間違いないでしょう。
私が実際に行ったのはこちらの店舗となります。
こちらもメニューは一般的なものが一通りあります。
タイマッサージは2Hからのコースとなっていますが、
フットマッサージは1Hから楽しむことが出来ます。
値段感は施設がきれいなのもあり、少し高めの設定となっています。
フットマッサージが1Hで400バーツ（1,500円程度）
タイマッサージが2Hで600バーツ（2,000円程度）
の価格設定となっています。
少し高めと言っても日本と比較すると破格の値段です。
毎日9:00~深夜
までの営業をしています。
なので朝起きてダルいと感じた時、旅行で歩きまわって疲れた時、
夕食後など、時間があるときであればいつ行っても良いでしょう。
